The Megafactory is the production engine of the SBC programme. This memo specifies how 5.2 million precast concrete modules — foundation rings, column segments, cap beams, and longitudinal girders — are manufactured at automotive-style assembly-line rates at a Newcastle facility using the manufacturing architecture of Patent 7, and deployed across the full 2,423km Phase 0 Melbourne–Brisbane corridor via a Hub-and-Spoke injection station network.
